Search-it-all has a wide selection of handy searches for finding someone on the Search-it-all phone and email page, including fax numbers, 20 million business addresses and phone numbers via the yellow pages, an International Phone directory, reverse phone and fax look-up, toll free number look up, and an international email search.

At most of these sites, you can look up an individual's name, street address, (zip codes Postal Code Lookup), area codes, telephone number, email (personal) or web site address.

It is useful to know the city and or state where an individual is located, but even if you're looking for an old college room mate with an unknown location, it's worth trying a country wide search (with no state entered on the state field).

The reverse is also true- if you have a phone number and no name you can plug in a phone number and the search will tell you the "owner". 

Other features in these "people finder" sites are street maps of your retrieved addresses and immediate opportunities to email your contact.

Email Addresses

It can be challenging to find the email address of someone who is located at a specific company, since few companies will post a list of email addresses or an employee directory. Unfortunately, we have had limited success finding corporate email addresses using email search engines and would like feedback from anyone who knows of successful methods for tracking down an individual's corporate email address via the internet.

Locating someone via their company web site

It can be difficult to locate a individual's direct business phone number by searching the web.  However, Corporate web sites typically list a general contact phone number. A previous BioTactics in Action Newsletter article on Competitive Intelligence provided a review of how to find a company on line.  Also, there is always the option of emailing the webmaster to see if he/she can locate an email address for you.
