One of our favorite sites ( ) is
ReCap signals. It's well worth visiting for anyone in the Biotech arena. Here's a
review of the best of the site.
ReCap is a San Francisco based company that
specializes in biotechnology alliances and capitalization. It has created a database of
more than 5000 biotech alliances that have begun since 1978. Many of the biotech
agreements have been filed with the SEC. ReCap acquires copies of these agreements and
provides summaries and analyzes selected agreements in detail. While some of the specific
details have been deleted for confidentiality purposes, the body of the agreement provides
enough information to determine the basic agreement structure and terms.
In addition to the listings of contracts found on their website, ReCap offers analyzed
copies of the contracts for a fee.
