Title	DATA BASE MANAGER
Reports to	Director of Marketing Services
Location	Northeast
Scope	Develops and implements strategies and tactics for developing, testing, maintaining, growing, cleansing, and harnessing a North American customer database. Delivers professional and timely literature fulfillment for all inquiries. Supervises 6 person group for data base management and literature fulfillment.
Special Requirements	BS/BA in Life Sciences. 1-2 direct years direct marketing experience. Database software knowledge
Minimal Experience/ Education	BS in Life Sciences or Marketing. 3-4 years experience business-to-business direct marketing.
Preferred Experience/ Education	BS in Life Sciences or Marketing. MBA. 3-4 years experience business-to-business direct marketing. Computer experience, especially data base software. Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
